Claim
All was well and good until my car was nicked after my house was broken into....... this is when you really see how good an insurance comapny is. It turns out that Elephant are BLOODY AWFUL, avoid them like the plague, pay more if you have to bur dont use them. They dont return calls when they say they will, they dont keep me updated with whats going on and they tell out right lies - I caught them in one. Now they wont make a sensible offer on they car. RUBBISH.

I think that generally, the competitive prices are really good and the cover is just as good as any other main-stream insurance company.
Unfortunately, their customer service standards are attrocious. As I've recently been struggling financially, i missed a payment and they're just not interested in the customers. elephant.co.uk basically attract you in with their prices and 'talk-up' their customer service, but in reality, their customer service standards are the worst I've ever had to deal with
