More than? - less than you mean!
There were no good points I'm afraid. If I could give them less stars than one, I would.
Operators actually LIED, i.e. telling me a cheque had been sent for a refund when one had not, when I called to query where the cheque was a different operator LIED again, stating they had checked and confirmed it was on its' way - a week later when I called to say I was concerned it had still not arrived they said there was no way a cheque would be sent as it was noth their policy. A few months later, upon cancelling the policy as I had sold the car, I was told that a cheque would be sent for a refund, and well, you can guess, a couple of weeks later I called to see where this cheque was and surprise of all surprises, there was 'nothing' to come, but if I kept up the monthly payments (why would i when i o longer had the car?) then these monthly amounts woudl be reduced to giev me the refund.
Every operator I dealt with gave me a different story, and some of them told outright lies. One of the operators kept repeating the same ting over and over again as if that woudl make a diffrence, he clearly did not understand how to deal with any query that was 'out of the ordinary' or "off his 'script'". I would NEVER EVER recommend anyone to go to More than for car insurance, and because of my experience with them on te car insurance, I would never go to them for any other kind of insurance either.

Worst website encountered Having been shopping around other on line insurers visiting your site is the most painful piece of surfing I have encountered in a long time. I persisted with the prompts that are difficult to match in the hope that the quote would be cheap and then it turned out to be the highest I have seen - strange!!
