Don’t worry you haven’t missed three! High School Musical Four has gone into production this week even though the third film has yet to be aired or even filmed!

Unlike High School Musical Two, the third film will open on the big screen although it has been suggested the fourth film will again follow the TV movie format.

Shooting on the third film begins in Utah this month and it is hoped that the blockbuster will hit cinemas in October of this year.

The major stars of the film and real life couple Zac Effron and Vanessa Hudgens have yet to confirm their involvement in the 4th movie as they will finish their senior year of High School in the third film. The producers hope however that some of the cast will return.
